A tree that has dealt with rising water at Percy Priest Lake over the years. I made this photo in December 2012 while the water was much lower.
This is the view looking from the lake house & bridge toward Otter Creek Road at Radnor Lake natural area in Nashville, TN.
Well, this is not really a black & white photo since it is the original color. My father-in-law pointed out the interesting configuration of the bark on one of his hackberry trees, so I made this photo. Blown up it could be an aerial view of some canyon area in the American West.
I decided to convert this photo of the Parthenon in Nashville, TN to black & white since the morning was overcast and the light was a little challenging.
I hiked to the base of Fall Creek Falls and found there was a lot of spray at the foot of the waterfall. I decided to keep back and try to make a photo from a safe vantage point.
The steeple of First Baptist Church with the cloud peeking through a cloud behind it.
Infrared Skyline
