Another view of the dam with the streetlights reflected in the calm water. Sunrise was just a few minutes away.

Made this photo on June 9 at about 4:50AM. As you can tell, it was a gorgeous morning to be watching a sunrise.

I made this photo about 5:18AM on June 9, 2012. I zoomed in a bit for this photo.

It was about 29 degrees when I ventured out to Percy Priest Lake before sunrise. This is one of the first photos I made around 6:30 on 11/24/2012.

Looking northwest toward Percy Priest Dam with the lights of Nashville lighting the sky on an overcast, and quite blustery, morning. The wind was gusting enough to shake my tripod which made getting a photo with no blurs quite a challenge. It was about 6:25am when I made this photo.

Bluing the Dam

I tend to enjoy making photos at Percy Priest Lake. Sometimes I come away with photos like this one with a lot of the color blue.
