Sunrise 2012 - Neighborhood

Sunrises are so colorful, even from the streets of my neighborhood I almost feel compelled to take some photos. Some of these are with my point-and-shoot Nikon Coolpix. Others are with my Nikon D5100. The beauty is still breath-taking.

A photo I made of the moon at sunrise as my wife and I were out for our morning walk.
I made this photo standing on a hill east of Brentwood, TN. It was a bit misty and cloudy which obscured the moon from time to time.
I tried to capture the glow from Nashville I was seeing from the hill east of Brentwood, TN. So, I decided to adjust the white balance and exposure captured in the raw file to turn a rather dark photo into this glowing sky.
